My Journey

I joined VisionEIS three years ago as a Junior Environmental Specialist, fresh out of my Master's program in Environmental Science. What attracted me to VisionEIS was their commitment to not just assessing environmental impacts, but creating positive environmental outcomes through innovative solutions.

In my first year, I worked on environmental impact assessments for infrastructure projects across South Asia. The mentorship I received from senior team members was incredible – they invested time in developing my technical skills while giving me real responsibility from day one.

Career Growth

Within two years, I progressed to leading carbon credit development projects. My proudest achievement has been managing a REDD+ forest conservation project in Central Africa that's generating 2 million carbon credits while protecting biodiversity and supporting local communities.

VisionEIS supported my professional development by funding my certification in carbon accounting and providing opportunities to represent the company at international climate conferences.

Life at VisionEIS

The culture here is truly collaborative. We work in multidisciplinary teams where everyone's expertise is valued. The work is challenging but incredibly rewarding – knowing that our projects are creating measurable environmental and social impact keeps me motivated.

What I appreciate most is the work-life balance. While we work on complex global projects, the company understands the importance of flexibility and supports remote work when needed.
